Some of the local grom's found this spoof tourism video about Torquay on You Tube last year. It features "Moses Barrington" giving a 10 minute guide to Torquay. It went down such a storm, that "Moses" got featured in the local newpaper, and was hailed as a hero for publicising Torquay as a holiday destination. They even went as far as to call Moses Torquays answer to Borat.
